They are designed to maximize space with their contemporary layout that includes all the latest features and conveniences including walk-in closets, a washer and dryer, microwave and a dishwasher. Park37 is more than just a housing complex – it is a neighborhood, and any good neighborhood comes with amenities for the locals. We have a state of the art 24hr gym, a bike repair shop, makers studio for big projects, several study rooms and covered bike storage. We have a large community room available for private parties or watching the game. The pool, outdoor exercise lawn, and hammocks are great for enjoying the good weather.

Management is amazing. Casey and Kaila are very understanding and welcoming. Park 37 is also a very convenient place to live. The bus stop at Park being a time check has made commuting to campus very easy the past few months. Also the gym, pool, and grill areas are very clean. My one complaint is the size of the rooms but overall a great place to live. Considering the amenities and convenience, I think the price is great. Especially since Collegiate across the street is priced similar but lacks a lot of the amenities that Park offers.

Park37 was the perfect choice for housing. While many students decide to move apartments and houses, I was situated there for three years as a student at VT, including one year as a graduate. The property is within 0.25 miles of six Blacksburg Transit routes, and an easy walk to downtown and campus. Kasey and Kaila both make incredible property managers, and did everything they could to make my one in a million roommate and I feel welcome. Additionally, Joey has the qualities to be an exceptional maintenance manager. This is a go-to for student housing.
