Absolutely love the apartment complex, staff and home itself. My boyfriend and I lived there for 2 years, and relocated due to military orders. Lisa and Krystal are by far the most professional, understanding and caring leasing agents I've ever had the pleasure to meet. Any little thing that was wrong, I let them know and it was promptly fixed. Any thing that we needed clarification on, they put out very well and helped us understand. Moving in and out was a breeze, and as long as you take care of your apartment, you'll get a part or all of your deposit back (again, as long as you take care of it). They're a dog friendly place, but there's never any dog waste anywhere because they've ensured that there are plenty of dog bag stations and trashcans and their system works! I wish we didn't have to move! My garage was involved in an accident where someone backed into it, rendering it useless. Lisa took care of me and gave me a spot to park in while it was getting fixed, and the maintenance guys did an awesome job fixing it asap. The pool, computer, rec and gym area is always kept extremely clean and all the equipment worked our whole 2 years there. We did have a noisy upstairs neighbor when we first moved in, but that is no fault of the leasing office. I politely asked them if they could be quiet during quiet hours, and after multiple times they didn't, i talked to the leasing office and it was taken care of. In short, even though the apartment and grounds are beautiful and well worth the money, Avila has a wonderful team, which made living there all the better.

We just moved out of here and I have to say it is a bittersweet for me and my family. This place was such a breath of fresh air for us! We have been in a lot of different places and this place was by far the best experience we’ve had. The last place we rented from was such a nightmare, and the people that worked there were even worse! Lisa and Krystal are such nice people, they care about managing this place right and it shows. We are sad to leave this place, but so happy that we found some where that made us feel safe and cared about us for this last chapter of our lives. Thank you, and thank you for changing our perspective on what apartment living/renting can be. Sincerely, The Lum family
