We were extremely dissatisfied with Management and Maintenance when we lived here. They were very hard to contact, and when we did finally make contact, they were rude and demanding. They did not want to let us out of our Lease w/ Military Orders, without paying the fee. I had to argue with the Leasing Office for WEEKS to get them to understand that we were issued military orders, and that they were not allowed to issue a Lease Cancellation Fee. The apartments and amenities were NOT worth the price of rent. 100% do NOT recommend F&F properties. Difficult and Irritating.

DONT stay here! The apartment has very poor sound isolation. I can heard every steps that my upstair neighbor walks around the apartment. The ceiling is squeaky. I can know when the upstairs neighbor use the toilet, shower, or where he is in his apartment. Worst of all, I am woke up every day by the upstair neighbors’ foot steps around 4 to 5 am as he wakes up early to get ready for work. I am not recommending this apartment to anyone. If you stay on the bottom floor, you are bombarded with all kinds of normal every activity noises from the upstairs. And if you stay in the top floor, you have no privacy as the downstairs neighbor knows exactly where you are and what you are doing in your apartment. The F&F management does minimal to help the residents. They lied about the sound problems. Before moving in, Eddie showed me the apartment and promised that if the upstair person just walk around normally, I should not hear any noise. the F&F management didn’t response to the noise complaints, or the response was very minimal when I called the office multiple times after multiple written complaints.
