I lived at 520 for 4 years and I must say, I do not have 1 single complaint. I moved out because of personal reasons, but I could've easily seen myself living there for another 4 years. Admira, the building manager is absolutely great. Any issue I had, whether big or small, it was always taken care of immediately. She is on point with her tenants. Maintenance was always quick to respond with any issue that came up(not many). The building is always clean, and if it was dirty, it was the fault of the tenants, not neglect. I highly recommend 520. Great people who are very attentive to their residents.

My wife and I visited this property at 520 Desplaine in April. Renovations is being done and everything going to be new.we love it and the location. moving from Schaumburg closer to the city and family. We can't wait til end of January to move to this luxury bedroom apartment.
