I worked with Maddie at Garden Creek Apartments, and she was extremely patient and kind with my number questions. I was super indecisive, and she didn’t hesitate to show me the rental units multiple times to help with my decision process. The complex is small, but the units are so spacious and beautiful. I highly recommend visiting and working with Maddie. She’s an absolute gem!

This is the second property I have leased by the property owners. That should speak to how well they manage their properties! The community is quiet. Residents are polite and respectful. I enjoyed my 1B unit and recently upgraded to a 2B. The space in both units is definitely bigger than most apartments. The style is modern and the little touches throughout the apt make it worth the price. They are boutique apartments meaning no property amenities but that works for me! I get a nicer apartment and less issues that tend to come with pools, playgrounds, dog parks. I’ve never not been able to reach someone if I needed anything. I cannot rave enough about the owners and how well they keep the grounds manicured. They even added a cute outdoor area with a fire pit.

As someone who hasn't lived in an apartment in nearly 20 years, I was naturally apprehensive about the process. However, my experience with Garden Creek Apartments, and especially with Maddie, the community manager, has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I first spoke to Maddie, she eased my mind. She actually listened to our needs and offered suggestions without pressuring us into a decision. The entire process, from the application to setting up utilities and internet service—all while we were 2.5 hours away, working via email, phone calls, and texts—was made seamless by Maddie. She made us feel like we were already part of the community, and none of it was a bother to her. One of the most impressive aspects was her help in securing a furnished apartment. Everything we needed was provided, from the silverware to the beds, and everything in between. Maddie thought of everything. The quality of the furnishings was beyond my expectations—in fact, the pillows were so amazing that I sneaked a peek at the brand and if you are on my Christmas list, you are getting pillows. You will thank me (or Maddie) later. :) They even added an accent wall before we moved in, which was a lovely touch. When we finally met Maddie, it was a day full of stress trying to make it to the office before closing. After a tire mishap and being rerouted due to an 18-wheeler losing its load on the highway, we hit traffic in San Antonio. Despite this, Maddie stayed late to accommodate us when she could have easily told us to come back the next day. Meeting her in person confirmed what I already knew—she genuinely enjoys her job, and it shows in the way she carries herself, her personality, and the way she jokes and lightens the mood. Initially, we opted for a 6-month lease because I was unsure about moving into an apartment. However, Maddie has me considering moving up to a 3-bedroom at the lease's end. If you are looking for a place that feels like home, Garden Creek Apartments is it. Maddie has made our transition smooth and welcoming, and I can't recommend this community highly enough.
