I've been living here for over a year and just renewed my lease! The office and maintenance staff are phenomenal and always quick to help with questions or concerns. My apartment has also been a breeze with little to no service request and the amenities are very enjoyable. The neighborhood has everything you need close by and easy access to the highway. All I can say is, great job Hills at Fair Oaks Team!!!

My family just moved in to the hills at fair oaks, and let me just start by saying it has been a dream come true, the community itself is amazing there are so many families with kids and the amenities are great the pool is always clean, and we definitely feel at home, and the icing on the cake was/is Christina Foley, she literally made our whole transition/move in so easy, she answered every question and is always available if needed. She is so professional and polite and really cares about the residents of our community. We love it here.
