Conveniently situated just minutes from route 62, I-77, and the Pro football Hall of Fame, Avalon offers a premier location within Canton near countless food, grocery, and retail options. 1 and 2 bedroom Apartment with multiple floorplans On-site office Playground & Walking Trails On-site Laundry Grilling and Picnic Area Apply online today $35 application fee. Pets allowed 40lbs or under and non aggressive breeds only with $250 non refundable pet fee. Resident pays electricity as well as $20 flat fee for trash, and sewer. Security deposit is the same as one month rent amount. Water fee charge $45 depending on amount of bedrooms and occupants.
