Maintenance team has always been fantastic in my experience, I appreciate them so much! Love the neighborhood, the neighbors. Very friendly and overall has been a wonderful location. We don't live there, but we operate our photography studio out one of the Live/Work spaces and never want to leave this spot. Thanks to the whole team for everything you do!

I have been looking for an apartment in the Garland area and had a straightforward helpful tour with Emerald today. She explained how much my rent could be, which units are available and why, amenities, etc. and answered all of my questions. She even showed me around downtown and told me about restaurants and coffee shops and the like. I hope to move here soon even though it would mean a longer commute because this seems like a wonderful place to live (compared to North Dallas).

I have been living in the apartments for about 6 months. I am very happy and pleased! It has been a very quiet a clean place. The staff at the office are very nice and kind. They always make me feel welcomed and they always happy to help me as well as the maintenance staff. They do a great job when I needed their services. THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO! I will greatly recommended this place! :)
