Pets are limited by size and breed and are subject to Management approval. There is a limit of two animals per apartment. A pet deposit and/or pet fee may be required for all pets in the apartment. Pet rent may also be required. In general, only common, domestic, nonaggressive animals will be accepted. Residents will not be allowed to have a pet that is a Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, Bull Terrier, Chow-Chow, and any dog that manager believes, in its sole discretion, is a cross breed of or related to any of these breeds. Caged birds are permitted. Fish tanks, if permitted, may not exceed 40 gallons and must be properly supported. No exotic animals (such as reptiles, ferrets, pot belly pigs) are permitted. Other animals may be excluded. We may also restrict or require the removal of any breed that becomes known as aggressive, in our sole discretion. Ask Management for further information. Animal rules apply to all animals at the Community, including those animals that are visiting or are temporary. Certain animals may be restricted from designated floors or buildings at the community. It is the responsibility of the applicant to select an apartment for their current and future needs. We are happy to evaluate any requests to keep assistance animals at the community.

Title: An Exceptional Experience at AMLI 3464! I am delighted to have been staying at AMLI 3464 for the past two months (one-year lease). Arriana and Nicole from the leasing office exhibit exemplary professionalism and remarkable kindness. As a French person living in Atlanta, I’ve been fortunate to meet understanding and patient individuals who clearly and thoroughly explained all the details of my lease. The building is impeccably clean, quiet, and pleasant. Additionally, the leasing office organizes events that I have had the pleasure of attending. The latest "sip and paint" event, accompanied by a live saxophonist, was a great success, and I had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this residence without any hesitation! If you are looking for a place with a warm welcome and a dedicated staff, AMLI 3464 is the perfect choice.

My overall experience has been great so far. I've had the pleasure of working with Arrianna and other leasing staff, all of whom have been courteous, professional and attentive. Paula also been extremely helpful and especially generous with her time to ensure that me and my partner's move in was smooth, and that our needs and concerns were taken seriously.
