Have a pet? There’s a $30 annual fee per household for each pet profile through PetScreening.com, and a limit of 2 pets per home. Our weight limit for each pet is 120lbs, and our breed restrictions are Pit Bulls (aka Staffordshire Terrier), Bull Terrier, Akita, Presa Canario, Mastiff, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Dobermans, Chowchows or any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the breeds listed. Our one-time pet fee is $350 per pet and our pet rent is $50 per month per pet.

I take back everything I said, Management here is just on a whole new level. Raquel is new but she gets things done. Just like Morgan the previous manager. We were having problems with our sewage line backing up but thanks to her and her exemplary staff (Charles, Cindy, and Al) They solved it! *Knocks on wood* I do hope so, we'll see. But during that time of fixing, they provided our needs, and fixed any issue that needed attention. Raquel, Cindy, Charles, and Al. I, Thank you. Going on 6 years since we've moved here. And there's a difference with management and the way they handle things. The maintenance crew are outstanding they are there when you need them. One gripe I only have is that I'm not a fan of the new A.I. thing they set up for answering calls but they're a short staff and they do need the help. The community is great, they have annual events like BBQ during the summer, making gingerbread houses and toys for tots donation drive during the holidays. Carving pumpkins too? I might be wrong. Nonetheless it's quiet place most of the time. You're near convenient stores such as Exxon and The Plaza Latina Market, Grocery stores like Whole Foods and Trader Joe's, Great restaurants like Lido's pizza Taco Bamba and China King, and and more coming soon. It's a great location if you have kids, it's near George Marshall High and Lemon Road Elementary.
