I had an in-person tour yesterday, 3/13/2024, with leasing Agent Sarah Tamba. I scheduled it for 30 minutes because I only wanted to check out the apartments but I decided to call a few hours early and asked if I could show up early just in case it was going to take longer than 30 minutes.
Sarah Tamba was professional and pleasant. Her office was nice and smelled nice. We went to the third floor first to look at the first apartment. Overall, it was nice. I decided to go with a studio on the first floor. It's a nice apartment, good/comfortable size, and it has a good size patio outside. It's big enough for you to do gardening or put outdoor furniture.
My only "complaints" are that it smelled like food on the third floor. And I think they would attract more applicants/new residents if they did some cosmetics work.
I’ve lived here for over a year and I’ve enjoyed my time here. The location is hard to beat and their rates are reasonable. The property management team members are effective and helpful. Nick, Sarah, and Alyssa are very responsive and professional.
I've been a resident here for a couple years. One of the things that appeals most to me is the fact that being a smaller building, we have a community feel. The staff - admin and maintenance - are all superb. We have parties sponsored by the bldg. management several times a year. We just had an awesome pool party w/ great food, dancing, and a bar - people were laughing, smiling, and having lots of fun! And if you love animals like me, this is a very animal-friendly community. I know that no place is perfect, but it's super important to me that they try really hard to resolve issues and make people feel at home! I'm a happy camper, thanks to the Alister family.

We had the pleasure of working with Alyssa Huff, the Assistant Community Manager at Arlington Alister Ridge Apartments, and our experience was exceptional. Alyssa was incredibly kind, informative, and attentive during our apartment search. We initially applied for unit 602, but a few days later, we decided to extend our lease for another year. Throughout this entire process, Alyssa was consistently understanding and patient with us.
Her professionalism and warmth made a significant difference in our experience at Arlington Alister. You can live in a beautiful place, but it’s the people who truly make it feel like home. Without a doubt, Alyssa made our experience stand out from the typical leasing office interaction.
If we decide to move in the future, Alyssa will be the first person we contact. Thank you, Alyssa, for your outstanding service and for making our stay at Arlington Alister Ridge Apartments so pleasant.
Great apartment complex. It’s very clean, the staff is very accommodating, and the floor plans are very unique. Although the studios are 550 sqft, they could pass as a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. Overall I would recommend Alister.

I recently moved into Alister Arlington Ridge and I couldn't be happier with my decision! The apartments are recently renovated and modern. The amenities are outstanding. The fitness center is well-equipped with the numerous machines and always clean. The pool is always clean and a great place to relax. The management team is top-notch. They are friendly, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure residents are happy, especially Nick and Alyssa. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently, which gives me peace of mind. The location is another huge plus. Everything I need is within walking distance or a short drive, including grocery stores, cafes, and public transportation. The neighborhood is vibrant and safe, making it a great place to live. Overall, Alister Arlington Ridge has exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and stylish place to call home.

The staff, Sarah, Alyssa, Victor, Hector, Nick, and Yolanda, are excellent! Sarah is a fabulous manager. Her care and professionalism is top-notch. She is an asset Alyssa is on the path to becoming an outstanding manager and corporate entity. Victor, our newest staff member, is excellent, kind, and does his job very well. Hector is the epitome of excellence. Yolanda starts our days off excellent and keeps the community in tip-top shape! I am so thankful for this community!

I’ve been living at Alister Arlington for over a year and just renewed my lease. It’s been a very calm and pleasant experience. I LOVEEEE my apartment layout + the city view from my windows.
The leasing team has always been very responsive to any issues or concerns. Alyssa, in particular is a great communicator and very kind hearted.
Also, if you’re someone who values quality maintenance services, you’ll love it here!! The maintenance team is very fast to respond and has completed my requests on the same day most times.
I highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and modern place to live.
