I had an in-person tour yesterday, 3/13/2024, with leasing Agent Sarah Tamba. I scheduled it for 30 minutes because I only wanted to check out the apartments but I decided to call a few hours early and asked if I could show up early just in case it was going to take longer than 30 minutes. Sarah Tamba was professional and pleasant. Her office was nice and smelled nice. We went to the third floor first to look at the first apartment. Overall, it was nice. I decided to go with a studio on the first floor. It's a nice apartment, good/comfortable size, and it has a good size patio outside. It's big enough for you to do gardening or put outdoor furniture. My only "complaints" are that it smelled like food on the third floor. And I think they would attract more applicants/new residents if they did some cosmetics work.

I’ve lived here for over a year and I’ve enjoyed my time here. The location is hard to beat and their rates are reasonable. The property management team members are effective and helpful. Nick, Sarah, and Alyssa are very responsive and professional.
