I lived in this apartment complex for a year and a half now and I have never had a problem. My move in day was hectic as the manager Rachel knew nothing of me moving in and had never even saw my paperwork. This woman went the extra mile to get me in that day and to make sure everything from that point went smooth. To see someone saying she is racist and rude is crazy to me because this woman loves her job and goes above and beyond on the daily basis. Anytime I go into that office I am greeted with a smile and whenever something is wrong with my apartment Castro is there to check it out within no time. Castro and Rachel are the only reason I'm still even living in this complex because they are amazing and very caring with this place. Thank you guys for all that you do around here.

The new property management is excellent! Asante Villas is finally a place to call "home". Keep it up Juan,Maria and Verónica. Afton Property Management is the best. The gates are working; the place is really clean,and the tenants are following the rules!
