I have been living here with my family for the past 6 years. I want to Thank the Del Flora team for making our stay here memorable. I read the negative reviews and don't understand how this is possible. The office and maintenance are always willing to help and address any issues we've had. Thank you Monica, Erika and Raul for all you do for the property and residents. We love living here. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Update: I posted my original review when I was in my first year of living at these apartments. Since my review, the manager has changed. She is rude, unfriendly, unapproachable, and was one of the MAIN reasons I couldn’t wait to move out. Erika and Raul are still the best though! From the management to the maintenance to the amenities to the security, Del Flora Apartments have been nothing short of amazing. I am so appreciative of Monica, Erika, and Raul. They work SO HARD to make living here the best experience. Any time there has been a problem, and that has been very few, they were on it. I truly enjoy living here.
