Had a great experience!! Came in recently to inquire about an apartment for rent. Full disclosure, have visited this complex a year before but walked away because at the time, it seemed like staff wasn’t really knowledgeable or willing to go above and beyond to help us work out some approval/credit/cosigner issues. However, this time my experience was completely different. The “new” staff was knowledgeable, she was friendly, and she was willing to go above and beyond to see what remedies I could make in order to rent. We were very nervous because prices have increased substantially, and the market is saturated with high priced rentals- but the staff made us feel really comfortable and assured us that they were competitive and would assist in whatever help we needed. We had a great experience and left feeling really great about the rental. Also, we were very pleased with the changes new management has made to the property. Thank you. -AS
