It was a very quiet, nice community. Landlords were extremely friendly and go above and beyond (almost like a BnB at times). The room was clean when we got it and we always felt safe. Fortunately, our neighbors above us weren't home 9/10 of the time do that was nice too. Overall, they were always quick to respond and more than fair. I absolutely recommend them.

Karen and Kelly are highly caring and professional. They have been communicative, responsive and kind. Excellent experience. The location is ideal in Lompoc, close to the beach and a gorgeous lookout hiking trail. It is quiet, peaceful and safe here. I have finally found my home. Thank you!
