My husband is in the military and we moved out to Lompoc last summer. We rented the apartment without ever seeing it in person, and we were obviously super worried that it would be in bad condition when we got there, but when we arrived, our apartment was spotless with new appliances. The site manager was so friendly and helped us with all of the paperwork, and moving out was just as easy as moving in. Because my husband is in the military, our move out was sort of sudden, but the process was so easy and again, the manager made it that way. There are a couple awesome places across the street from Bay Laurel too, and although the neighborhood is not exactly the safest, the gates are always closed and locked and we never felt unsafe in our living situation. We had such an amazing experience here, and if we ever move back we will definitely look back into Bay Laurel!

My experience at Bay Laurel was 10 Stars if it would let me. As a single mom of three, Bay Laurel gave me not just a home but also a community. The Manager and ground workers always interacted with my children in the kindest way. Opening the gate for them coming from school or inviting them in the office to talk about how school went. Their genuine interest in asking how I was doing, if I needed maintenance. It was to build a strong community. This is a very clean complex, large with gated walk areas and for children to play outside. I have some of the absolute best memories having stayed here. This is the best place in Lompoc and I 1000% miss it.
