I have lived in seven luxury high-rises across multiple cities, and 414 Light Street stands out as the best building by far. From the breathtaking aesthetics and outstanding amenities to the dedicated staff and stunning views, it truly redefines what a home should be in Maryland. During my two years at 414, Louise in the leasing office consistently delivered exceptional service. She kept me informed about my leasing options, engaged me in building activities, and regularly checked in to ensure my experience exceeded my expectations. The operations, front desk, maintenance, and custodial teams are remarkable. Any issues I faced were addressed and resolved without delay. Though I’ve been relocated to DC for work, I would have undoubtedly renewed my lease for a third time. I carry with me the experience of 414 Light Street, setting a new standard for all my future living spaces!

I lived at 414 Light Street for three years, and it was an incredible experience. Louise provided exceptional service when I was searching for a place to live in Baltimore while stationed in Germany, she went above and beyond, messaging me on WhatsApp offering virtual tours of the apartments. The views from the building are breathtaking, and the community, especially Garrett, made my time there unforgettable. I highly recommend 414 Light Street to anyone looking for a place to call home in Baltimore!
