My lady and I lived here for 3 months while our home was being build. We were having a hard time finding a short term option until we found Parkside. It was a great experience although short. The staff was super professionals, especially Lauren and Denzel. Our service calls were attended immediately. They also had many fun events for the residences and my best experience I had of personal service was a time I left on vacation. I had left my surround sound on after I turned off my TV and I called the leasing office and one of the associates immediately without hesitation went to my apartment to turn it off. The complex is well kept and the apartments are fully of amenities. If you're looking for downtown living, Parkside is the place for you.

This is the standard! The team in the leasing office is the standard for excellence; the maintenance team is the standard for customer service, attentiveness, professionalism, and skillset! Pet-Friendly is an understatement! The community events, building & amenities are safe, clean, beautiful, & fun!
SO happy to be living here! A little over 1 month and the experience has been wonderful across the board. Easy move-in with the lease, rent, and maintenance all online (and maintenance is quick to respond). The building is safe with a nice parking garage. I’ve already met many friendly people and pups. The gym and pool are great, as is the view over Railroad Park. Super convenient to UAB with Publix right around the corner. Quiet, clean. Special mention to Lauren Turner in the front office who has been incredibly helpful and available. She takes ownership of the building and tries to make everything better. 10/10, worth it, would recommend!

You're right at the park and the heart of downtown. The entire staff is very kind and there are great amenities.
Great experience living here! Staff are always helpful, professional and greet you with a smile. They show a genuine appreciation for the residents. General updates and announcements are clearly communicated. Grounds are clean and well maintained. Of the little unit maintenance that’s been needed, it’s been completed quickly and professionally. Highly recommend!
I want to start by saying that I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at this location. During my six months here, I have loved every second of it. The maintenance staff, Arnold and Jemeil, and the leasing and assistant management, Tallulah and Tonatha, are fantastic. Parkside seems like a home away from home because of them. They always have a smile on their face and are willing to assist if I have any questions or issues. I absolutely love Parkside Apartments. From the day I first took a tour, the staff has been extremely helpful! There is 24/7 security at the front entrance. The building is extremely secure. The staff is very accommodating. The staff organizes periodic events for the residents which is very thoughtful. The grounds are extremely well kept. Maintenance responds very quickly, mostly same day! Despite being downtown, the property is very quiet. The location is awesome and it's nice being right across from the park. The amenities are wonderful, including the media lounge, year-round pool, and new yoga studio. There are restaurants that are in walking distance and plenty within driving distance. I have to emphasize how helpful and courteous the staff is again! Jessica has been a life saver and the entire team! Thank you Thank you Thank you!
Birmingham apartment living at its best! Great staff that is always friendly and goes out of the way to assist residents with issues. Maintenance requests are addressed in a timely fashion as well (Not that there have been many request in my experience). Amenities are good with a nice pool, weight room and a dog spa! Views of the city and Railroad Park area are all outstanding! If looking for a new apartment complex to call home, this is a place definitely worth checking out!
