My lady and I lived here for 3 months while our home was being build. We were having a hard time finding a short term option until we found Parkside. It was a great experience although short. The staff was super professionals, especially Lauren and Denzel. Our service calls were attended immediately. They also had many fun events for the residences and my best experience I had of personal service was a time I left on vacation. I had left my surround sound on after I turned off my TV and I called the leasing office and one of the associates immediately without hesitation went to my apartment to turn it off. The complex is well kept and the apartments are fully of amenities. If you're looking for downtown living, Parkside is the place for you.

This is the standard! The team in the leasing office is the standard for excellence; the maintenance team is the standard for customer service, attentiveness, professionalism, and skillset! Pet-Friendly is an understatement! The community events, building & amenities are safe, clean, beautiful, & fun!
