A toilet problem & a floor problem were both resolved in 24 hours. We now have a new modern toilet in the guest bathroom. Thanks Eric and Patricia.
4-17-2024_I called the office and spoke with Miss Patty and asked her to send someone to fix the ring bell and new cement on the bathtub. She was polite, nice & good communication. I live apartment for 12 years... Located near the hotels, China town, and Strip roads and markets, creating great convenience for residents.Inside the office is very clean and beautiful. There are good coffee and tea to serve as well as snacks for the residents. and visitors to the residence at all times
….Eric/Manager and Marry/assistant, Very Good personal, polite, good communication With me and other neighbors, every time I have a problem in my room I need to fix something. via apartment Order someone to fix it quickly, within that day, no later than tomorrow.
_Erich regularly inspects the apartment area. i like very much. Including other services in the office such as E.mail, photocopying, etc., fast all the time, Marry very good services very fast for us.
The place inside the apartment is very clean, not cluttered, looks good with the eyes of those who see it, besides, there is also a security to monitor the inside of the apartment from evening to morning, creating safety for residents a lot over all 10. .every one works hard and works hard. Seriously..I would like to thank all the team members who provide service and take good care of the residents.

I am consistently pleased with the way my apartment maintenance requests are handled. In the 4 years I have lived here, my maintenance issues have been quickly resolved. Vista Del Valle's maintenance crew does an outstanding job. Erick, the complex manager, and his staff do an excellent job of keeping things fixed and the grounds well maintained.

This was one of the best living experiences I’ve ever had within the apartment living. Great staff all the way around. The location was prefect as well! If you decide to move here just know you will be in great hands especially by Eric!! Loved and enjoyed living here, just moved out of state.
Renewing my lease for year 3. Best managed place I've ever lived. Exceptionally maintained!
