Absolutely the best experience imaginable. Kassandra and the staff were/are AMAZING. The building is beautiful and super safe! Kassandra picked out all my furniture and arranged for everything down to the tooth brush holder. I am speechless as to the expertise, dedication, and attention to detail. Class act!!

The building and staff are absolutely AMAZING. I relocated from out of state so I needed a lot of help getting set up and worried about what the place would be like. Kassandra and the staff DID NOT disappoint, and the apartment is absolutely fabulous. They are quick to answer questions and respond to issues. I love everything about the place, the kitchen has oak cabinets and granite countertops, the bathroom is rather spacious, and the marble floors and shower look awesome. There are other great amenities, the pool, movie theater, bike hub and gym. Fourwinds also offers courtesy services such as Roof Top Yoga! I was very pleased the staff was able to help put me in touch with all services I needed to be able to hop off a plane and move right in! In addition to all the great features and staff in this historic building the location is great and in the center of it all, not far from the Superdome and THE FRENCH QUARTER! This was intended to be a short-term rental for me, but I really enjoy all the amenities and the staff that ensures everything is up to par, I will definitely be renewing my lease and I highly recommend the Four Winds!
