This place has been amazing. Lisa in the office is always super helpful and takes care of us. It's actually pretty quite here most of the time and the place is very kid friendly. Any time we have had maintenance issues it has been handled quickly. We haven't had any pests the entire time we have lived here. We have to move because of employment changes, otherwise we would happily stay here for years.

Last night about 5:25 I heard this burping sound in my kitchen and water was coming up in my kitchen sinks. Since I was not using water at the time, just watching TV, I called and got a wonderful lady who immediately told me that she would call maintenance. In less than 10 minutes, Randy was here. By then the water had gone down. Randy checked a few things and said he would snake the drain. Since the water had gone down, I asked if he could do it the next day. He said he would be here at 8:30. He got here at 8:29! This is what I love about this place. CARING PEOPLE!!!!!!
