I am writing this review to acknowledge the EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE provided to me by my Property Manager Nelly and staff. I had a major emergency/incident at my apartment on 2/7/2024. Nelly and staff were prompt in their response to my apartment. From the maintenance crew to the office staff, everyone was PHENOMENAL with assisting me. I must acknowledge Nelly for her OUTSTANDING and CARING SUPPORT through my ordeal! She worked tirelessly, flawlessly, and promptly with assisting me in my emergency. Nelly’s professionalism and customer service is BEYOND 5 STARS!
