Cozy cottage-style unit located in quiet neighborhood behind Bordines at Hamlin/Rochester Rd! This unit features 2 bedrooms & 1 bath, approx. 700 sq ft with a full unfinished basement with plenty of storage space, as well as a deck off the back! The unit is equipped with stove and refrigerator and has hookup for gas/electric washer and dryer. We will service the fridge and stove; we do not service the washer and dryer. You may use the appliances provided or replace them with your own (we will remove ours for you). Tenant is responsible for Electric, Gas and Water. Rent covers Trash pickup. MINIMUM of 1 Year Lease is required. Must pass Credit & Background Check. We are pet friendly, but we do have a list of dog breeds that are not permitted under the insurance policy. If you have a pet, please let us know on the application and we can go from there. Additional fees apply.
