I’ve moved here from another state and being a first time Florida resident, my experience at Avalon has been good. The office team made the process easy and maintenance staff, Hector and Justin are quick, effective and get the job done whenever we have a repair request of any sort. I like that I can’t hear any outside traffic or noise from neighbors. It’s a different experience. Thanks team for a good experience thus far.
