I have read most of the reviews and I can't say yea or nay about what's being claimed happen to them. I moved in last year November. Every time I called put in a ticket online things has always gotten done no problems never had to call back and see why it wasn't done. I didn't and don't have a lot of things to be done. Now , I will say a note or something should be left after work is done. That's a easy fix. I work a lot come in at all different hours and all I come home to is peace. I leave out early morning and again peace. Now I will say this most break-ins is someone you know there are no random robberies. I do apologize I can't remember names it's called sometimers (hehehe). I absolutely adore the young lady in the office from day one she been nothing but pleasant as well as professional. The maintenance man to me is awesome and pleasant love is attitude always speaks when I pull up. I never just seen him sitting around and maybe when they seen him he was on a break, who knows. Now let me tell ya back in the dayyyyyy this area was hell pure hell, BUT now it has been cleaned up tremendously. Pine Lake, Dekalb Police don't play in this area. I will recommend people to live here I already have been, we have to build our our community as well as watch the company you keep. Thanks a bunch Ashgrove/Kenco
