So if someone is lighting up, your bathroom will wreak. The sink water pressure is uncomfortably low as well. There are major insect problems. flies on the south end of the building, termites on the north end. I typically do not enter through the front side of the building because the dumpster and trashcans aligning the south end are typically swarming with flies. These guys keep putting up self advertisement banners along the sides of the building that are not fastened well enough, causing them to disconnect and slam against windows, absolutely terrifying. The new flags along the parking lot entrance create the loudest flapping sounds. This place used to be cheap, but with the new rent increases it is cheaper to rent a house with friends and have a single room than to split the "master" room, which is only 10 square feet bigger than the other rooms.
