Not-to-miss local attractions include Point Loma Native Plant Garden, Kellogg Beach, Selva Coffee House @ Terra Bella Nursery, Alvarado Canyon/Mission Trails Park, Trolley Creek Trail, and Alvarado Creek Trail. The total number of guests must not exceed what is listed on the reservation, including children and infants. You may have up to 3 additional daytime guests, but they must leave by 10:00 PM. Any overnight guests not listed on the reservation or anyone staying past 10:00 PM will incur a $100 per person, per night fee and may result in cancellation of your stay. The backyard is open between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM, and quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking of any kind, including vaping and cannabis, is strictly prohibited anywhere inside or outside the home, and violations will result in a minimum $600 fee. Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. A $150 cleaning fee may apply if the home is left excessively dirty. Late check-outs without prior approval will result in additional charges.
