While I didn’t end up renting at either the Rasa or the Mason I was very pleased with the experience I had with Nesi who showed me around. I even went back a second time to look again but ended up choosing another property. I liked how close these were to all the action, restaurants, etc and will have to walk about 10 minutes to get to all the fun, but the building I picked does have a pool, hot tub and was a little bit newer. I would definitely consider renting here in the future based on the location and the great service from the leasing team.

I really enjoyed my time at Hannah Park. The staff is extremely friendly. The apartments have everything you need: air conditioning, in-nit washer-dryer, appliances, HUGE refrigerator. The kitchen is great! Also, the bedroom has ample space for all my "stuff". The bathroom is huge. The rooftop deck is great. Plenty of parking: never an issue. BART is close and so is the Target. Overall, loved the place.
