Glerina and the others were let go for this new property management to take over the following month. I wish I had went with my 1st choice before meeting Glerina. Nothing has been repaired from my move in. #1- My floor sinks in in many places and I'm afraid I am about to meet my downstair neighbors in the worst way because of it. I have had trouble with getting a simple phone call back as I have left a few messages with this place. I feel disrespected and not happy with the way I've been treated. I can only pray things get better. If you move in make sure you understand all the extra charges that go with the rent due on rent day itself and the charge to make that pymt using their online portal as well.
