The plumbing was pieced together under the sinks with what looked like universal scraps. The floors were very weak and bouncy (rotten) in a few spots, felt like you would fall through. Our breakers would constantly blow due to half the apartment being on one breaker that was very old. They tried to charge for existing damage upon move out even though it was documented on move in. We did not get a requested walk through upon move out. Also was extremely over charged for carpet cleaning. I was constantly threatened with my vehicle being towed, they would watch me drive in and park then put a warning on it saying it hadn't moved in a week and was disabled and would be towed. I drove the vehicle everyday to and from work. The outside upstairs walkways were nothing more than a sheet of plywood with multiple spots rotting. Highly suggest finding a different place to live.
