Each applicant will be required to qualify individually or as per specific criteria areas. - Positive identification with a picture is required. - Inaccurate or falsified information will be grounds for denial of the application. - Any applicant currently using illegal drugs will be denied. If approved for tenancy and later illegal drug use is confirmed, eviction shall result. - Any individual whose tenancy may constitute a direct threat to the health and safety of any individual, the complex, or the property of others, will be denied tenancy. - Current proof of income equal to one month’s wages is required. - Co-signers not accepted. I highly recommend this apartment. Although I never meet the manager Larry, he is very nice to communicate. Ben, the maintainer, is really good at his job! He shows up on site almost every weekday, sometimes on the weekends. I moved out and got most of the deposit back. They only charge me $50 for the carpet and $50 for the overall cleaning.
