I highly recommend this apartment. Although I never meet the manager Larry, he is very nice to communicate. Ben, the maintainer, is really good at his job! He shows up on site almost every weekday, sometimes on the weekends. I moved out and got most of the deposit back. They only charge me $50 for the carpet and $50 for the overall cleaning.
