My view of downtown Atlanta is stunning in any weather. Being directly on the Ponce City Market Beltline means I can walk to restaurants, shops, entertainment, and parks. The amenities, including the game room, gym, and pool with a sky view, are fantastic, and I appreciate how secure my packages always are. I rarely need to drive my car, but if chose local transportation Uber and Lyft are affordable, not to mention bike and scooter rentals are always available. Maintenance is prompt and professional, and management communicates with grace and care. As a single woman, I love the private garage parking, secure access, and overall safety of the complex. However, I’m disappointed when pet owners don’t always clean up after their pets and when my guests are questioned by other residents pertaining to their presence on the premise, which has made them feel unwelcome at times. Overall, I truly love my apartment, the area, and the sense of peace I have in the Old Fourth Ward and Ponce City community.
