Hi Everyone! Looking for a summer residence (May-September)? Well, we've got you covered! My roommate and I are looking to Sublet our 2 bedroom apartment at 1435 Prince of Wales Complex, 52C 1N5 for $750/month per room. Amenities included: Hydro Electric Heating Indoor Pool, Changing room Dry Sauna Outdoor Tennis Court & Pool Visitor Parking (around $6/day) Close to OC Transpo Buses #111 /#88 #86 Lots of fun events take place during the summer around the area, and there are 24hr McDonald & Tim Horton's & Shoppers across the road. The Apartment is a West facing corner apartment and gets lots of sunlight throughout the day with a balcony to admire the Hogs back Falls & scenic Ottawa views. It's also a 10 min walk by the Canal for a beautiful summer's day stroll :) It is currently undergoing renovations and will be ready for moving in by May 5th.
