Property Id: 2387958 Hello everyone! I currently own a 3 story house in Canyon Lake (not in the gates). Private home on a hillside. 1st floor is being rented and has no connection with the top 2 stories completly seperate from the main part of the house. The top 2 floor is vacated with a couple and their 2 year old baby. Walk down the side of the house to find a private enterance which features a 2 bedroom 1 bath. House has washer and dryer (was finializing cleaning when taking pictures do I didn't straighten the washer and dryer) No neighbors so it's a very quite area. Plenty of parking at this locations with a designated spot and plenty of street parking. I will be upfront by saying the closet space is limited and external storage for clothes is recommended. Rent is $2050 a month with a $1500 deposit so move in will be $3550. Access to bonfire pit in the backyard. Beautiful views, amazing sunsets every night. Is this your next home??
