I have been living here for 10 years and the new manager Catalina, has been the only manager to make improvements and to make actual changes to our community. She's professional, friendly, and firm. We are happy to have her here to make a difference in our apartmens.

I had a great experience talking to today. I’ve been searching for an apartment for awhile now and she answered all questions I had plus all the great amenities SP has to offer.
