The apartments themselves are fine but nothing special. Super close to Cheesman park which is great. Up to date appliances is also great. However, you can definitely get a better bang for your buck elsewhere in Denver. Also, the property management sucks. Takes FOREVER to reply and does not listen well. I would recommend this place if the management wasn’t so horrible
