The area is quiet, located by other housing divisions off Maplecrest Road. We are a pet-friendly complex with additional fees - no breed restrictions but a 3 pet maximum. Currently running a half off first month's rent special! $1600 deposit.

Some of the nicest apartments I’ve ever seen! Everything is super clean and bright and the area is super nice. It’s off of Maplecrest, which is a very lovely road to drive down, and the surrounding areas all seem to be really safe. The staff (management and maintenance crew) are so friendly, easy to work with, and get everything done quickly! I recommend these apartments to everyone!

These are the nicest apartments in Fort Wayne 10 out of 10 would recommend staff is amazing. The maintenance men are amazing especially one young man who came to fix the sliding door and was super polite. Located in a great area next to many amazing places and super safe.
