I have been a Tenant here at Solaris for 4 years (2020 -2024). The updated changes under new management Patricia Marbray are great! There have been various changes here, (as with many companies), protocols, tenants, management, etc.... However; currently, things are back to a steady, stable and proficiently run property. The current new manager Patricia Marbray has gotten rid of problematic tenants, posted new rules pertaining to upkeep of garbage areas, swimming pool areas, rules for assigned parking, and encouraged consideration for your neighbors concerning noise levels, and safety rules for entry and exiting the security gates. Although she is patient and eager to help individuals and families, she exudes a no-nonsense management agenda which some individuals may not appreciate or may not know exactly how to handle. This note is not to disregard past events/experiences of other tenants under previous or current management, but to inform the public of the current state of this property and it's management.
