Tenant pays for gas, electric, water, sewage, and wifi. Trash and parking are included in rent. There is one parking spot per apartment in the front of the building and additional parking in the back. Security cameras outside/inside provide extra security for the property and tenants in addition to secure locked doors through out. This apartment comes with a separate storage space in the basement for miscellaneous tenant items. The storage space is included and does not cost extra per month.
