I am writing in genuine support of the Mill complex for all Saudi students in the University of Scranton and Marywood University area. Some of my friends and I have been living in the Mill Apartments for almost two years. Reality, we have found the complex is so comfortable and it's really considered one of the most beautiful places to live in this area and that is because of many reasons. Firstly, it is a safe place to live in even if you leave your family behind while you attend school in the apartment becuase it has a security system and is in safe area. Therefore if you are seriously considering an apartment with a security system and be in a safe area, the Mill is the best option for you. Secondly, the complex is just 5-8 minutes far away from the both universities and that's good for all students. Thirdly, the complex has everything that you need, for instance, they provided excellent furniture. Also all Utilities, Internet, and Basic Cable are provided along with free parking. Fourthly, if you need any thing to be fixed in the apartment, they are always there. Finally, all the employees and resident are so kind, they’re always helpful with everything. They always make feel you are one of the family members. Honesty, I have never felt homesick because of these great resident and employees. All these great things I have found in this complex makes me always to recommend it to all Saudi students or any others people.

My wife and I moved to Scranton by the end of 2016. We were having a hard time finding an apartment complex till we found the Mill. We were greeted by the Landlord, Robin, with such enthusiasm. She was very accommodating to both of us in terms of requests and just day to day meetups. We did not have problems when it came time to pay rent, request maintenance, move to a different unit due to financial constraints, and all the way to when we moved out (like 2 days ago!). The process was smooth as butter. We also like the fact that both manager that we encountered, Mark being the last, were very professional. Even giving us the courtesy of not raising our rent entirely because of the amount of time we stayed at the apartment complex. And lastly to Daniel (and alex), brother if you're reading this, you are an awesome addition to the staff of the Mill. Always there when you need him and always following up if you have any concerns. This is the BEST APARTMENT COMPLEX in Scranton!
