Past management it would take up to 2 months and a lot of requests to get maintenance here. The Reid maintenance was here within 2 days! They were very courteous and solved problems on the fist try. Very HAPPY with the service!

Do not live here!! These people do not care about the current tenants they already had when they bought this place. They expect me to live under these circumstances as they try and fix the situation. All I wanted was for them to do the right thing and they couldn’t do that much. All they care about is the money but they’re not thinking long term. Whenever you take ownership of something you need to address current situations instead of focusing on renovations to bring more people in. I will be the voice of many of the current tenants and will be proceeding legally. I can’t continue to live in an inhabitable place that I’m suppose to call home along with my small children. I am already sick due to the mold and as I am a cancer survivor my lungs are still not functioning 100% so this is affecting my current health situation. On top of all this I now have an infestation of roaches due to the humidity. There’s lots of nicer places then this and I even got word that the newly renovated apartments are also infested with roaches. The maintenance are great but they can only do so much the ones that need to act and show they care is the manager. If they would’ve done the right thing even if they would of put my children and I in another apartment while they fixed mine I would’ve been satisfied. I have to stand my grounds and take care of myself and my children because no one will do so but me. Updated*** They have addressed all my concerns and I am very happy with the work that is being done. Speaking up definitely goes a long way and also being a good human. They are really trying and seems like they are bombarded with work which is understandable due to the circumstances in which these apartments were under. Lots of tenants here like to complain but they’re not addressing the situation and unfortunately if you don’t help yourself no one else will. This will happen at any apartment. This place has a great crew and I get that they got a little salty with me because I did as well. They are a great team of ladies in the office and Daisy the manager is pretty awesome. I am glad I had the chance to meet her in person today. The lead maintenance Lalo has gone above and beyond to help me with everything that is going on. Speaking in person makes a world of difference and here goes my 5 star review way to go The Reid
