Okay, first of all, Nicole is an absolute gem. She is courteous, competent and has answered every one of my 87 million questions promptly and accurately. She worked with me to get us into an apartment within a few days of submitting an application. Everything about the process was made easy thanks to Nicole. The apartment is more than comfortable and they are gracious about accepting furry friends. The location is excellent and the grounds are bound to beautiful when Spring arrives shortly. Upon our arrival, we found a little basket with a welcoming message and a few small items to help get us settled. We thought that was a small touch that made a big impact. I really couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming place to land.
