I am devastated to know that the office staff are being transferred to other locations! The MAIN reason I renewed my lease was because the office staff made me feel at home and they were always helpful and willing to help in any way. The manager was very caring and I could tell how much she loved her job and her tenants. Annita has been working here FOREVER and is awesome! She is always well dressed and very professional with the public, she makes all the activities and parties for the tenants so much fun and perfect! Jose is so sweet and a very dedicated worker and an essential part of the office, he has personally helped me with my groceries when he has seen that I am struggling. Why would you take these awesome people from us???? At this point I am so disappointed that I renewed my lease....

My AC stop working, I talked with the office manager. The AC was fixed promptly and efficiently. I appreciate that the office manager sent Fidel to fix the problem. Fidel always has done a great job taking care of problems in our apartment period. Today, Wednesday January the 18th, the complex crews leader and 2 of the maintenance mens took care of 2 needs that we had in the apartment. We appreciate their promptly assistance. Thanks.
