Unless you want to be basically forced to live with black mold, don’t move here. This has been such a headache to deal with. the landlord sent in the basic Maintence guy to clean it (instead of a professional) and since has only offered to paint over the problem. This is clearly an issue of water or moisture being inside the walls. I live on an end unit so that wall with mold is an outside wall. I have been sick for months and not sure why but it all makes sense now. Desperately trying to find another place to live because I feel so unsafe here

Loud neighbors (fighting, yelling, screaming, crying, slamming doors, etc), resident-hoarded vehicles in the parking lot that don’t ever move, cigarette smoke infiltrating open windows at any given time of day, black mold on all windows and on walls of kitchen and bedroom, drain gnats by the hundreds, barking dogs, freeway noise, and there’s a lumber yard right next door.
