I love the Village Square community. My neighbors have been nice no matter who moves in and it's a beautiful area. It's two minutes from my job which is also a plus. They have many social events that I usually don't have time to attend, but it's a great way for tenants to meet.

Moved in here in 2018. I love it. Anytime I need help with a maintenance issue they come right away. The grounds are keep clean, you have a wash, dryer, and dishwasher in each unit. They have nice activity space like the fire pits, a small playground, a dog park, and a pool.

I really enjoyed living here! I've lived in a few different apartment complexes, and this was the best one I've lived in (yet had the cheapest rent for the value of the apartment, which included a washer/dryer, a balcony, and was completely redone). My unit was very clean when I moved in, I felt safe at all times, I found that there was a decent amount of parking at all times (not 100% ideal, but good enough), the other residents were nice (they always looked after my packages), and the management team was great. I truly have no complaints other than some discolored water, which I wasn't sure whether it could be attributed to the Town or to my hot water heater. Overall, the only reason I moved out was due to relocating for work; I would've stayed! Definitely recommend.

I've had a great experience here for the last couple years.
I've needed help from maintenance a few times while I've lived here, and they're always responsive and friendly. Ive used the emergency line for them, too, and they always call me to assess the issue within ten minutes and never hesitate to come help - even on the weekends. Definitely better assistance than any other complex I've lived in.
You can hear your neighbors if they're being pretty loud but I swear I didn't even know I had neighbors for months it was so quiet. Even so, the neighbors are all really nice.
The one bedroom is definitely built for one person in terms of space, unless you and your roomie/partner don't own a lot of clothes and items. I'm relatively minimalist and I still don't have a ton of extra space. Highly recommend getting a little island for the kitchen for more countertop/storage.
Overall love this spot. It's expensive but I think you get a lot for your $$ and honestly rent is expensive everywhere nowadays

5 star rating due to the professionalism of James, Vince, Brian and Samantha who I had the pleasure of meeting yesterday. I'm a US Army Veteran living here since August 2021. The meet and greet we had yesterday was a success in my book. Having to meet some of my neighbors and get to put names to faces is always a good thing. The food wasn't bad either. Looking forward to more get togethers as the weather warms. It's a team effort keeping the residents happy. Thank you!
I have lived at village square for over a year now, I currently needed a larger apartment and Duquina had been more than helpful in transferring me with no issues. I'm not very good and doing paperwork but she answered all my calls and questions with patience. The maintenance team has also been very good with taking care of my needs.

Miss Duquina was very helpful while helping us moving in. She made our transition very smooth. The apartment was very clean and the appliances were new. The maintenance crew is very attentive and was also very helpful. Village Square is a great complex to live on. They have a pool, a dog park, and a gym. The complex is very quiet. If you need someone to talk to go to Miss Duquina! :)
