Griffin Glen is conveniently located near HWY 3, Naval Base Kitsap, Olympic College, the downtown waterfront, shopping and dining. Our 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom apartment homes are a great value featuring spacious floor plans, in-unit washer and dryer, private deck or patio with storage, full kitchen, and covered parking. Some units include stainless steel appliances along with plank flooring. Our community features extra storage and garage options, clubhouse with pool, reception area and package delivery system. Phase 1 was built in 1995 and phase 2 in 2000. Income restriction apply to phase 1.
