I moved here about 4 months ago so I have a pretty good idea what goes on the staff are amazing th maintenance is on top the apartments are clean and cozy A little hard getting into because they really check out their tenents but that makes it a better place to live. My apartment is a a haul from where you have to unload your belongings but once you get moved in it’s fine. They have a gorgeous pool and jacoozie and the laundry mat is onsight. Your class thes really get dry. I love it here.

I've been here over a year, and I've enjoyed my stay. Friendly staff, and maintenance crew. They're always quick to help with any issues (honestly, I haven't had much). I've read some bad reviews, but I don't agree with them.

My SO and I moved into these apartments over a year ago and they have been amazing. The reviews that say this place is dangerous/drug infested/mouse infested are untrue.
Yes, I did have a minor problem with ants (only in the bathroom) but a pest company comes twice a month and can spray for you.
While I do think the apartments are rather small, they are in a great area within walking distance from grocery stores, target, and a couple of restaurants.
I've never had any problems with any of the other tenants living here.
I think that the staff here are amazing and they even went out of their way to help us find out information on an apartment in Tucson for us when we told them we were moving due to school.
I've lived in a 1 bedroom and a 2 bedroom apartment here and all of my appliances were up to date. I actively see the maintenance workers going around and fixing things in apartments (they replaced our microwave when it stopped working) and a landscaping company taking care of the grounds.
I loved living here and would honestly recommend these apartments to any of my friends or family members.

This was my first apartment I had ever rented and I don't regret it at all! The staff is super friendly, I've not complained about anything since I've moved in! They were so understanding about everything. A bug man comes every month, so it doesn't have any bugs, it's very clean. I loved it there! I definitely recommend it to anyone! The rent is cheap too!
Well let’s start off with the new property management company Chamberlain and Associates; absolutely top tier. They took over the property roughly a year ago and they hit the ground running. PREVIOUS MANAGEMENT was lazy, unresponsive and unreliable when it came to the day to day and with maintenance requests. Chamberlain and Associates (specifically Taylor, Judith, Isabella and maintenance crew) have dedicated so much time and resources to the beautification and renovation of the property as a whole, while still remaining attentive and responsive to my needs as a resident. Prior to this dream team taking over the property, I was touring apartments at other properties because I was fed up; now that they are here I have no plans to move. The complex is beautiful, blanketed in grass, shrubs, trees and other greenery. The residents are all kind and respectful. Last but not least, the complex is so peaceful at night, almost to the point where you could hear a pin drop if it weren’t for the sounds of nature. 10/10, definitely recommend living here.

And friendly! I am more comfortable here! I feel safer! Yes there are rules that are enforced. Its for the better of the property and the tenants.

Recently, there were workers ready to work on my porch. Rebuilding.
Coinsidentally, I was having a get together because of a death in the family, that same day. Management was kind enough to adjust the schedule a bit so I could have our older relatives over for that afternoon.
I want to say how much I appreciated that.!!!
Mrs. Taylor and her staff have exceeded all my expectations. They have addressed all my needs and when there is an issue. The staff always are friendly and professional. I recommend this place for its affordable and safe environment. Thank you, Mrs Taylor and staff!

Hindsight is 20/20, and after living in a pricier apartment for 2 years, that's gone through 3 property management companies and a complete staff change over, at $1000 a month, I can say hands down that my experience at Mountain Steppes is leaps and bounds better than the current situation I am in.
