These apartments are nice and 2 short lights away from Fort Huachuca. Military friendly amd pet friendly. There are cameras on the property to ensure an extra level of security. Maintenance is quick to respond to any issues you may have. There is plenty of parking. Gas grills on site for use at anytime, small play area for kids and even a place for dogs. The staff is very nice and always looking for ways to improve the area.

This place is the best apartments I have ever lived in. The manager Jenny she is just the sweetest. The maintenance guy Billy he is the best guy, he gets here quick if I need a maintenance guy, he does what he can. Jenny she puts together some things for this community so we can all meet each other, interact. She does what she can for her tenets. I'm not going any where else, this place is the best

I became a 1br/1ba tenant of this property last November of 2022. I was having financial issues from the get-go, my own fault for not budgeting and planning properly using the AppFolio Portal app (it can take a day after requested payment date to debit from your account so plan accordingly!). My rent and security deposit didn't debit when I thought it would, leaving me with NSFs and late payment fees (which is my own fault for improperly budgeting and planning) . Sarah, the property manager, worked out a personal payment plan with me to get caught up! She waived late and other processing fees so I wouldn't be continuously charged daily and be able to work and save up enough to attempt prompt payments. She also provided me with payment alternatives with no fees. Another plus is the utilities; gas, electric, and water, are provided and due at the beginning of the month as separate charges. As of today, in this month of January in the new year of 2023, I'm back on track! Sarah is patient, friendly, professional, and understanding. She will work with you IF you communicate. Thank you so much, Sarah! For being an older property (built sometime in the late 1900s), it's well kept, clean, and maintained. There are continuous renovations being made to the property and units. There is a playground, outdoor exercise area, doggy lane, swimming pool and laundromat on site (laundromat uses Payrange app, no quarters). There are a couple of BBQ grills and one bike rack near the pool. Maintenence was quick to temporarily repair my living room window when it got cracked pretty badly from the heavy wind and rains in December. Plexiglass was installed and helped with the crazy af wind after Christmas. They'll be replacing new windows as soon as they arrive. Thanks, Billy! My apt was renovated before I moved in and now has wooden panel flooring and upgraded kitchen appliances. There is a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and electric stove. Oh, and a garbage disposal! The kitchen is small but manageable; one average-sized adult can fit in there comfortably. My only gripe is the bathroom. It's got a shower and no bathtub and the toilet is uncomfortably close to the sink cabinet. The public space utilizes an open floor plan and it's huge! I have a decent sized dining room and a spacious living room. There's enough public space leftover for a computer gaming desk area that also doubles as a creative space for arts & crafts, toy play, gaming (board & card), and legos. The bedroom itself is about the size of the entire living space! My bed, dresser, and nightstand fills up half the room. Closet space takes up an entire wall with 2 sets of sliding doors. I'm probably gonna use the extra bedroom space as a remote work office area. Or a private chill spot. I love it. All in all, I'm very satisfied with my new home. Again I give kudos to Sarah and her team! Thanks Westwood Village!
