Been living on these apartments for over 3 months. Is a quiet place to live and the leasing office will take care of any questions or concern that you have ASAP. Extremely thoughtful and attentive. The maintenace team is fabulous, handling any problem very promptly and kindly. The staff is very nice, understanding and compassionate. maintains everything inside and out to keep it looking pretty. They are also GREAT about allowing pets. I would highly recommend renting here

We’ve been here since March 2022 and love it here! Great neighbors, apartment is in good condition and at a reasonable price compared to what we were paying in Tucson! I’ve never personally used the gym but the pool and spa is nice 😊 we renewed for a second year and may even go for a third depending on our plans next year!

2022 UPDATE: Been here over 2 years now. The complex has changed names a few times... now The Palisades. Each new company brought (or brings) their own lease term options, so be sure to ask, as I'm not sure what they are right now... They’ve been renovating the apartments between residents and I got to see one they just finished… they’re much better than the one I’m in which hasn’t been updated because I’m still in it… I've had a few issues with the AC-Heat unit, they’re resolved, but it took some time… I don't hold it against the complex, it take coordination with outside companies for repair... they gave me temporary heating and offered a temp window AC which I declined. Other than that, it’s still good in terms of living conditions, assistance from the front office (Ms. Lucy rocks!), and general daily living. I’ve never had a problem with noise or neighbors. There are disturbances from time to time, but it’s an apartment complex with a ton of people, so it’s to be expected. I’ve seen cops in the area, but not very often when compared to the total time I’ve been there… From what I hear talking to others in apartments, these are second only to the one's behind the mall... heard the one's by Cochise College have paper thin walls. (OLD Review) Let me start off with, I've only lived here for 4 months so if you're looking for a review from a longer term resident, consider reading other reviews as well. With that I'd like to point out that their flexible term option which has been great for me and my situation, I've have a month-to-month, 3-month, 6-month, and year... this may not be all the options but these are the ones I know for sure so check with the management. The price does vary for options so check with them for that too, lower terms so far have meant more money. The management has been great for me in my time here, very respectful and very helpful, though I haven't need much since I've been here... although, it doesn't seem like I'd have any problem with them if I did. It just came under new owners this month (Nov), so it's too early to tell what will change. The apartments are a little dated in the appliance area but they all work great do far, they must have recently renovated them too because the flooring, sinks, and walls all look in good shape... But I live in a single bedroom and am one apartment of many. The walls seem thick, I've had two neighbors since living here and have barely heard anything at all... other than the neighbors pets one night... It's apartment living so it's too be expected but been great so far... I do have a corner apartment so that reduces my neighbors... whew. I did speak with one resident that has a noisy upstairs neighbor, so maybe not everyone has had my luck (so far)... she's complained and said management has helped but the problem persists. Speaking of neighbors, they've all been great so far, friendly... I'm former Army and I like having my Bothers and Sisters around.. good company and good people even those that don't have ties. I like the location more than I thought I would... Ive heard from another resident about a car getting vandalized but wasn't here at the time, so I can't verify it and it sounded personal.. but other than that it seems to be incident free but there's other ways to find out beside my review. The facilities and grounds are in good shape, I don't use the amenities, so again, check other reviews. I truly have had a better experience than I thought I would here... I don't have an apartment experience to compare it too because this is my first apartment in 20yrs. Sorry so long but I'm just trying to be thorough for any readers... I'll update this if anything changes (I hope it doesn't because it's been much better than I expected).
