The one off-street parking space in the alley is included with this rental unit. Street-parking only at this unit. Landlord PAYS FOR UTILITIES including electricity, and water/sewer! Landlord also pays garbage service and exterior grounds maintenance. Rent is $1,250.00 per month, with a $1,250.00 security deposit. Lease through August 2026 with an annual renewal option. Rent is based on a 2 adult maximum occupancy. One cat or small dog may be approved with additional $75.00 monthly pet fee per pet.
